
Make a list of all your "Warts", ie all the things about yourself that you regard as negative.
Now make a list of all your "Beauty Spots" ie. all the positive attributes you think you have.
Which is longer? What does that tell you about yourself?
Keep adding to your Beauty Spots list and read it often. Is there anything on your Warts list that you'd like to transform into a Beauty Spot?
